In order for customer satisfaction to be permanent, it is announced to all employees by measuring and evaluating the changing expectations of customer and that whether customer conditions will be met, if necessary, product development and documentation procedures are implemented. Training courses are organized to raise awareness of the dealers, and the slightest dissatisfaction with the product is taken seriously and corrective actions are implemented.
