Adokim's quality policy is based on "customer satisfaction".

The aim of Adokim is to provide products that meet the superior standards and technical conditions it has set.

In order for customer satisfaction to be permanent, it is announced to all employees by measuring and evaluating the changing expectations of customer and that whether customer conditions will be met, if necessary, product development and documentation procedures are implemented. Training courses are organized to raise awareness of the dealers, and the slightest dissatisfaction with the product is taken seriously and corrective actions are implemented.

In Adokim, “happiness of employees” is the most important condition for reaching customer satisfaction. Decisions are formed according to the basis of "participation" by taking opinions of the employees. Individuals are equipped with sufficient knowledge and skills to assume authority and responsibility for their work. An environment in which everyone embraces their job and is happy with the work done is aimed.

While responsibility is individual, team work is encouraged, team success is prioritized before individual success.To improve competitive power of company in the markets, “cost-conscious” actions are implemented and thus economy is prioritized. In the direction of these principles, Adokim always strives for a “continuous development” to reach to a practice better than its current status.
